Are snacks provided?
All meals are provided. If you would like additional snacks, please feel free to bring your own.
Will my dietary restrictions be accommodated?
We will collect dietary restrictions and allergy information from each guest. We will work closely with the Long Lake team to accommodate your needs and will contact you directly if we have any questions or concerns.
What are the lodging accommodations?
This is a rustic retreat with dorm style lodging and bunks. Each room will have a minimum of two guests and may include more (two is our goal!). Every room has a private bathroom, and participants will be responsible for bringing their own bedding.

No. If you have any medical concerns, such as an allergy requiring an EpiPen, please ensure you bring the necessary supplies with you to the event.
Do I have to participate in all the activities?
All activities are optional. We’d love for you to join in, but if you need extra time to recharge, honor what feels best for you.
What should I pack?
A recommended packing list will be emailed to retreat participants prior to the event.
If something comes up, can I get a refund?
The event is non-refundable so please make sure to check your calendar before you sign up!
What about the weather?
We plan to hold the event as scheduled, unless there is severe or unsafe weather.
Will there be alcohol?
We are focused on promoting holistic well-being throughout the weekend, so this is a substance free event.
