Autumn Retreat 2024
Our very first retreat and the moment everything shifted. What began as a dream between 6 nature loving women quickly blossomed into a full retreat crafted in only two months. Thirteen women joined us for a weekend rooted in presence, reflection, and seasonal transition. With the theme “I am grounded and connected with the present,” we explored the Autumn Equinox, learned from the land, and felt the spark of something bigger. This was the retreat that showed us we were building something truly meaningful.
Winter Retreat 2025
A sold out weekend of stillness, renewal, and winter magic at Mallard Point Resort. Guided by the theme “Find Stillness, Embrace Reflection,” women stepped into a peaceful winter sanctuary filled with unforgettable moments. Sauna sessions under the cold sky, a brave ice plunge through a hand cut hole, snowshoeing and skiing across the frozen landscape, stargazing on clear nights, watercolor art, intention jar creation, incredible comfort food, and even a cozy sleepover night party. It was restorative, playful, brave, and deeply connective. A winter retreat we will never forget.
Seed to Soul 2025
A soulful spring event designed to awaken new growth from the inside out. Women gathered for a day of planting, intention setting, and nurturing both soil and spirit. Elle Albers of Stonegrove Saunas led a grounding sauna experience, and Master Gardener Rachel Newman guided a hands on planting workshop where participants created both indoor and outdoor pieces to take home. Seed to Soul offered a mindful, creative way to welcome the new season.
She Paddles 2025
A warm July evening on the water set the scene for this beloved summertime gathering. Women met for a water themed coaching session and a peaceful paddle across Tioga Pit. With soft light, calm water, and a circle of supportive women, She Paddles blended nature, movement, and reflection in a way that invited flow, intuition, and ease. It was simple, beautiful, and deeply refreshing.
Fall Retreat 2025
A joyful, expansive, heart opening retreat held among the beauty of Two Rivers RV and Campground. Nineteen women joined us for a weekend rooted in our theme “Rooted in Nature, Rising Toward Light.” With special collaborations, intentional workshops, time outdoors, and meaningful connection, this retreat captured the warmth and magic of autumn. It was a gathering filled with laughter, growth, and the kind of community that feels like home.
